ROOTED explores the importance of grounding ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally. It considers what it means to stand steady amidst movement and to remain anchored while the world shifts around us. The exhibition reflects on grounding as both a personal and collective act. To be rooted is not to be rigid, but to be connected: to place, to memory, to process and to self.
